I haven't written to you in
some time. Just to bring you up to speed I purchased your Hydrogen boost
system over a year ago for my motor home which is powered with a Ford 7.5
liter gas engine. I did not use it much the first year just short
trips but this year my wife and I went west from IA to MN ND Mt WY back through MT WY SD into IA touching NE and home to IA.
Running mountains and head and cross winds I ran MPG averages all the way
from just under 6 to 7.5 which I didn't think to bad beings I started
with just over 5 MPG I have to mention that we pulled a 3000 pound car on
a 500 pound tow dolly.

Hydrogen Boost Auto-fill
Reservoir

Pictured above are the most recent
additions to our product line. The
unit at the bottom is the Diesel Tractor Trailer system’s Model 40SS
hydrogen generator with the new snap handle fill plug and fittings needed
to attach to the auto-fill reservoir with built-in heat exchanger that
circulates engine coolant from the cabin heater hose circuit. The reservoir holds 2 ½ liters of
water, bringing the total refill capacity of the system to one full
gallon, enabling the time between refills to be extended to 40 hours of
normal gas production. In the
upper left portion of the picture is our new combination water trap and mist separator. Also shown in the picture are the new yellow zinc coated guillotine clamps
supplied for mounting the units to the frame of the vehicle.
The heat exchanger on the bottom of
the reservoir will also become an option for the Model 40SS hydrogen
generator. The use of the heat
exchanger brings the hydrogen generator up to optimum operating temperature
soon after engine start-up.
The mist separator recovers the mist
produced during maximum gas production operations, thereby saving any
electrolyte and water from being lost through the mist, thereby further extending
the time between water fill-ups and practically eliminating the need for electrolyte
replenishing.
